Refund and Returns Policy

At VettEdge.domains, we are committed to customer satisfaction and transparency. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your domain purchase, we offer a simple refund process under the conditions outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds on domain purchases under the following terms:

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase.
  • The domain must not be used, listed for resale, or developed in any way.
  • A 5% handling fee will be deducted from the refund total.
  • The buyer is responsible for all payment gateway or processing fees (e.g., PayPal, Stripe).

Example: If you purchased a domain for $200 and incurred $6 in payment processing fees, you would receive a refund of $190 (after a 5% handling fee), and $6 would not be refunded as it was charged by the payment processor.

Valid Reasons for Refund May Include:

  • The domain name delivered is different from what was listed
  • The domain is found to be blacklisted, deindexed, or facing major unresolved SEO penalties not disclosed
  • The domain cannot be transferred due to registrar restrictions not noted in the listing
  • Technical or administrative issues that prevent access to the domain

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds in the following situations:

  • Your refund request is made after 14 days from the purchase date
  • The domain has been actively used, resold, Redirected or developed
  • Refunds are requested due to changes in business plans, marketing performance, or buyer’s remorse

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please email us at hi@vettedge.domains with:

  • Your full name and email
  • The domain name you purchased
  • Payment reference or transaction ID
  • Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed to your Paypal or Revolut
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the amount to appear in your account
  • All payment gateway fees are non-refundable
  • A 5% handling fee will be deducted from the purchase total

Returning the Domain to VettEdge.domains

Follow the appropriate instructions below based on where your domain is registered:

If the Domain is Still in Your Account at Our Registrar (e.g., Dynadot, GoDaddy, Namecheap):

  1. Initiate an account push (domain transfer within the same registrar)
  2. Use the following account info for the push:
    • Registrar: [Insert Registrar Name, e.g., Dynadot]
    • Username / Email: [Insert your receiving account username/email]
    • Account Number (if required): [Insert Account ID]
  3. Confirm the push in your registrar dashboard if needed.

If the Domain is at a Different Registrar:

  1. Unlock the domain at your registrar
  2. Obtain the EPP/Auth code
  3. Email the EPP/Auth code to us at hi@vettedge.domains
  4. We will initiate a transfer-in to our registrar
  5. You may need to approve the transfer via email (your registrar will send a confirmation)

Note: The domain must be eligible for transfer (e.g., not within 60 days of registration or previous transfer).

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • Do not modify nameservers or DNS settings once the return process has started
  • The domain must remain in its original state (unlisted, unused, undeveloped)
  • The refund will be processed only after we receive and confirm the return of the domain
